Compassionate, knowledgeable legal counsel

He has been my attorney for over 16 years. Al represented me during my divorce, restraining orders, eviction, child custody battles, and even false DCF allegations. He has always returned my calls in a timely fashion. If any of my cases coincided he notified me immediately. If he didn't have a mark o...n his record, he must not be standing up for his clients and doing his job in my opinion. Al has my children and my best interests at all times when he is my legal counsel. Al referred me to another attorney once, because it was out of his legal expertise. Al even offered his services to the other attorney to keep my legal fees at minimum. I have and will always refer anyone I know that needs an attorney to Al Hayeck.

Highly recommend. Polite, educated, caring and upfront. You really can't go wrong by hiring him.

...Pitaful uncaring lawyer? Not even close. So whoever thinks that can shut their mouth. Mr. Hayek has been representing me and my daughter for 2 years. He is educated and cares for the children he represents. He balances being funny and relatable with professionalism. He has always done what he says... he going to do and always keeps you up to date with phone calls and courtesy copies of all documents. He is honest...he will tell you based on his expertise what he feels like the outcome of your court date may play out. He puts effort to gather all information needed so he can represent his client in a clear factual manner. He is timely and confident. I am proud to have him as councel.
