Terrible experience

We hired this attorney in march 2015 for labor lawsuit. we gave him all the documents and supported evidence within a week of we hired him. He never followed up case. Never went to hiring and told us that he will take care of it. After few months he stop taking calls and responding emails. He was to...tally avoiding us. When we know his office he said he will take care of it. Then after a year we got judgment from one-side because our lawyer never showed up in court. NEVER EVER HIRE HIM.

Do not hire this guy!

I recently hired Attorney Sacco through a 3rd party referral service as part of a bankruptcy case. It took over 3 weeks after being paid to schedule a date for the 341 hearing of creditors. After the hearing, the US Trustee requested more documentation which I promptly provided to Attorney Sacco.... Attorney Sacco did not send my documentation to the lawyer in a prompt manner. Instead, he decided to get into an argument with the third party referral service over wanting more money for having to provide extra services. All of this was unbeknownst to me because he didn't feel like I needed to know. Three months went by and Attorney Sacco was not replying to my email or text messages for status updates on the case. I ended up creating an account on the PACER.gov system and decided to get my own status update. I ended up finding out that the trustee had requested a "motion to extend time" based on not receiving all of the requested documentation. This made me furious and I complained to the referral service (another Law office out-of-state). The referral service was able to get in touch with Attorney Sacco and they came to some kind of resolution where Attorney Sacco would file the paperwork (he got a 2nd chance, lucky me). Well, that was 3 months ago and the US Trustee has filed yet ANOTHER "motion to extend time" for missing documentation. I have not spoken to Attorney Sacco since the day after he reconciled with the referral service despite multiple attempts via email. The referring Law office has just asked me to sign a new consent form so that they can assign a new local attorney to my case. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with ANYBODY that has been paid to provide me a service EVER. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!
