Great family probate lawyer that cares about her client!

I was represented by Attorney Dahlia Bonzagni of Callahan, Barraco and Inman during most of my contested divorce. Attorney Bonzagni was always there for me during this contentious process. She answered EVERY question and I mean every question in a very timely manner! She always called me or texted... me within a few hours whether it was early morning, evening or even twice one Saturday afternoon! At 5:00 most people leave work and put it aside until the next day, not Attorney Bonzagni! She drew up motions, letters, emails, and even worked on the separation agreement late after work. I received emails at 10:30 at night with completed motions or letters. If you are looking for an attorney who will represent you with integrity, sympathy, and FULL knowledge of family/probate law then hire Attorney Bonzagni. Also, the ENTIRE staff at Callahan, Barraco, and Inman were extremely responsive, efficient, and professional to work with! Allison is an angel to work with! Very professional and knowledgeable paralegal! Any and all family/probate legal matters I have in the future I have to make just one phone call and that is to Callahan, Barraco and Inman.

Highly Recommend

We hired Dahlia based on her knowledge, experience, and understanding of what I wanted from the divorce. She kepted me up dated on any situations or information. I enjoyed working with Dahlia. She has nice personality & I highly recommend her.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, I've had to use lawyers before, and I've never had to plead my case more to my own attorney than the other party before -- until hiring Attorney Bonzagni. For some reason, she wasn't making things easier, and I didn't feel like she was fighting for me against a super unreasonable oppos...ing attorney. I had to let her go after months of going back and forth with no progress in my case. The one pro is that she was quick to respond. Now, I'm still stuck in my same situation, but a whole lot lighter in my bank account.

If you want to spend thousands w/no results, she's your girl!

This attorney did very little to help me and did not keep me informed of what was going on. Not only was she not fighting for anything I wanted, but she also dropped out of my case mere weeks before trial leaving me helpless! NEVER use Dahlia or the Pollack Law Group. The entire firm is misleading an...d useless!

I’m sorry you were disappointed with the services you received from our firm. I am very surprised by your claim that I did not inform you of the status of your case. A review of your file shows that every correspondence that was received on your case was promptly emailed or mailed to you. It is important to me to keep all of my clients fully informed of the status of their cases. Furthermore, I did not drop out of your case. After careful consideration, it was clear that a breakdown in our attorney-client relationship had occurred. I properly requested from the court that I be allowed to withdraw my appearance as your attorney. After hearing both sides, the judge allowed me to withdraw two months, not a few weeks, before your trial date. I represented you to the best of my ability and made significant progress on your case during the time our firm represented you.
