Alan Leslie Rosenfield

From the moment I met Alan I knew he would fight for my family and I - no matter what it took. He is extremely dedicated, honest, ethical and passionate about what he does. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything, he always set proper expectations. Highly responsive - answered emails, texts, calls within a ver...y timely manner (not many lawyers do this). When you are in need of an attorney it’s usually because you’ve found yourself in a not so desirable situation. Alan made that situation tolerable to say the least, he was my biggest advocate. Without Alan I don’t think things would have ended up with a positive outcome. Case dismissed! DCF is a beast to tackle, Alan is highly experienced with the department and it shows. He is highly adept in the courtroom and it shows. Listen to him, follow his advice, he knows what he’s talking about. Best of the best! I cannot express how grateful I am to Attorney Rosenfield, I hope I don’t need a lawyer for a DCF situation again but if I do, Alan is it!

Got charged with a couple felony charges. A friend of mine recommended allan rosenfield. While he got me off adequately his demeanor or lack thereof left much to be desired to the point or contemplating firing him for his conduct/ attitude towards my defense and charge. He belittled me and m...ade me feel like a fool for my offenses instead of focusing on how to get someone off and being acceptful of the charges that he accepted to defend that were complete bs and at the end of the day he got me off of. After springing some surprise pretrial probation charges on me that he said were for my own good after having me sign the plea agreement my charges were dismissed and are not on my record however his demeanor/ lack thereof and putting probation requirements on for my "betterment" after having me sign an agreement with no such requirements. He did his job but I'd never hire him again.

He is quite possibly the rudest human being I have ever met. If you can even consider his behavior humane. He is belligerent, disrespectful, disgraceful, disgusting belittling personality, swears, doesn't listen, didn't get information to fight the injustices, worked with DCF over working with the cl...ient, doesn't care and recommends friends to get appointed to the case so they can all do absolutely nothing for your case, never be available, never do anything but collect a check for fake work. Massachusetts Bar Association you need to do better. He should not be allowed to practice law
