From the moment I met Alan I knew he would fight for my family and I - no matter what it took. He is extremely dedicated, honest, ethical and passionate about what he does. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything, he always set proper expectations. Highly responsive - answered emails, texts, calls within a ver...y timely manner (not many lawyers do this). When you are in need of an attorney it’s usually because you’ve found yourself in a not so desirable situation. Alan made that situation tolerable to say the least, he was my biggest advocate. Without Alan I don’t think things would have ended up with a positive outcome. Case dismissed! DCF is a beast to tackle, Alan is highly experienced with the department and it shows.
