Bradford Holman Roberts

I hired Brad Roberts and Stephanie Murphy (assistant) to do the closing on my home in May 2016. After my initial conversation with Brad over the phone, he was unreachable. Stephanie did the paperwork and met me to sign the papers (without having all the final information to review ahead of time). ...3 weeks after my closing I was advised by my Agent that there was an error in the HUD which was not caught by the Buyer's attorney, nor was it caught by Stephanie or Brad. This cost me $4,300.00 which I was told about by Stephanie... through email! Not even the decency to call me and explain their error. After going back and forth with Brad he agreed to refund my legal fees paid to him because of his office's inability to do their job. It has been almost 2 months, and I have yet to see that check or get a returned phone call.
