Better options out there for a divorce attorney

To begin this review, I will say that I took advice given by Attorney Hutchins' in another review and fired him. Here were my main issues with Attorney Hutchins: 1. I never felt that Aaron was looking out for my best interests or the interests of my young son. 2. Aaron was often argumentati...ve, and consistently tried to persuade me to agree to demands from my spouse. 3. Upon termination, Aaron also made it difficult to formally move on with my case by delaying the delivery of my records as well as formally removing himself from my case. I cannot state how Attorney Hutchins performs in other areas of law, but I would NOT recommend him for a divorce.

Divorces naturally evoke raw emotions for those participating in them. It is unfortunate when those emotions allow someone's judgment to become clouded. Divorcing spouses also need to comprehend that they will be forced to work together with their ex-spouse for many years to come, if children are involved. To expect a one sided divorce agreement is simply unreasonable. Example: When you accuse your spouse of being a drug addict, and court ordered testing reveals no drug use, best interests starts to look more like self serving interests. I always aim to avoid litigation, so as to save my clients further aggravation and money. Trials are expensive. And where I had agreed to represent this client on the promise of future payment, and where this client carried a $1,700 balance with my office, I worked diligently to keep her legal costs low and achieve an equitable settlement. Once again, I'm content to allow this negative review to stand. I encourage anyone to visit my website (www.attorneyhutchins.com) and read any of the more than 100 testimonials from other clients who were very satisfied with the legal services my firm provided in a number of areas, including divorce.

Aaron Hutchins is not a fighter

I used the services of Aaron Hutchins for a divorce matter. If your case requires an attorney that will fight for your case, then I would not recommend Aaron Hutchins. He is not a fighter. He always gave in to the demands of the other side attorney, whom he would not confront in any way. We had a f...our way meeting, and when the other attorney got a bit more aggressive, Hutchins did not provide any support and left me dealing on my own.

Before anyone gets divorced in Massachusetts, they must stand in front of the judge and tell the judge, themselves, that they find the divorce agreement "fair and reasonable," and that they've "read and understood" the agreement. Clients also have the option of firing an attorney if they are unhappy with the advice they have received, or not received. In light of the fact that I was never fired by Mario, and that Mario stood in front of the judge and answered the above statements affirmatively, his post-divorce critique hardly seems worthy of consideration by any potential future client. Nevertheless, I'm content to let his negative review stand. And people can judge for themselves, the credibility of a bitter divorcee.
