Dedicated and Energetic Representation

I had a difficult case, which involved a peculiar and not very well known aspect of statute law. Atty Smith saw the potential of this statute, and worked hard to get the best possible outcome for my case. With the statute and other case law, Atty Smith prepared a very persuasive motion to dismiss. Th...e judge was not a big fan of this statute, but allowed us to present this motion before another judge. Fortunately for me, the other judge was persuaded by the motion, and my case was diverted and dismissed. It was a long process (nearly a year), and Atty Smith was frank and honest about my chances during the entire time he represented me on this matter. I credit the outcome to a probation officer who mentioned the statute, and to Atty Smith, who saw the potential for a favorable outcome. After an initial disappointment in pursuit of dismissal, it was Atty Smith who encouraged me to keep going in this direction. His advice saved me a great deal of money and secured a dream-come-true result.
