dont use him he failed to be truthful lied over my mothers estate fraud 500k went missing funny how the poa had it placed in to his bank yet i was not to know any thing thank god i held on to all the files and could track things down waiting for court :} ps yelling at my father who ra...ised me wake she is just a 2end cousin on top of all my mom his aunt im the lawyers 2end oh yes the state of maine workers now mass state workers have to trace track down things thank god i was given files for a reason I dont think he was honest as 500k gone missing homes sold that should not had been lets see my mothers grave site a family member lied said there was a death yet dan did not help with any thing I have a TBI and Epilepsy my funds paid him to what steal and lie it seems I dont have one nice word to say regarding him to think a family member did such a thing to a handicaped women and her 3 kids there estate funds for education gone to think he says not a word yet my estate funds paid him facts are i was lied to kept the lies going untill i tracked down forms and files and had to see what was true so grave stone never done grave site told a family member died yet the grave site was stolen as well lost a home i paid cash to why i called dan who i was told by my poa he was to take care of leagle stuff dan would not give me time of day funny i paid him well over 40k he could not speak of me the laws say he cant say any thing to family members any one why i paid him yet he did so done being treated so poorly rember when you hire a lawyer you want the very best NOT WHAT I GOT
