Poor Choice for a lawyer if you want a defense
I found Daniel obtuse in his answers when he actually responded to one. This was a criminal case and a plea bargain was a very likely outcome but he did absolutely NOTHING to mitigate the charges, argue the facts of the case with the DA or do anything beyond the absolute minimum.
