We used Attorney Rogers for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She was one of the best real estate attorneys we have found. Not only was she available to answer all of our questions (even seemingly easy ones), but she also went out of her way to make herself available outsi...de regular 9-5 hours. That was immensely helpful, because real estate transactions sometimes require answers immediately at 8 pm. At both closings, Attorney Rogers was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. She also had a great rapport with all of the real estate agents, which made communication, negotiation and planning a move much less stressful! She told us, "Don't worry until I tell you to worry." This helped us to relax during what can be a very tumultuous time. Attorney Rogers was always there to update us every step of the way. She helped coordinate our closings so that we were able to sell in the morning and purchase in the afternoon. She coordinated all the funds so that we did not have to run around with checks. She also went out of her way to travel to various locations for signing to make our lives easier. That meant the world to us, because we have two small children. All in all, we will definitely be calling Attorney Rogers for ALL of our real estate needs in the future!
