Highly recommend David Bodanza
I would highly recommend David. I have worked with him for the past six years, both in a professional and business setting, and he truly knows the law inside and out. He is extremely patient, professional, and level-headed, even in high-conflict and emotionally charged situations. He takes the time t...

Didn't Do Anything But Bill
I hired David for a civil matter and he was a disaster. I had to go into his office so many times just to find out where my case stood as we couldn't get any information from David any other way. Very poor communication and little to no follow through from David. Significant overbilling. His moti...

Poor Service High Billing Little Result
David made lots of promises but delivered on nothing. He significantly overcharged us and lost every motion and appearance he made on our behalf. We hired David for a civil matter but now we see that really he skills are limited to divorce representation. He seems confused when he presents in court....
Thank you for your feedback. I take concerns seriously and work to provide prepared professional representation in every matter. Because of attorney-client confidentiality, I cannot address case-specific details in a public forum, but I respectfully disagree with the statements made in this review. My practice includes regular appearances in Massachusetts trial courts in contested civil litigation. Such matters involve motion practice. Fees, scope of representation, and litigation risks are discussed in advance. No attorney can ethically guarantee a particular result. I regret that this reviewer is dissatisfied and remain available to discuss concerns directly and confidentially.

Master of his craft
I hired David, after going through, two other attorneys, very early on, during an extremely contentious divorce, that lasted nearly 3 years. From the first day he stepped foot into the courtroom, it was clear, I made the right choice. My circumstances immediately changed and improved, and we never...
"I endorse this lawyer. David served as my mentor for the first twelve years of my legal career. His knowledge of the law is extensive, and his guidance has been instrumental in my development as an attorney. Even today, he continues to support and advise me. He is a dedicated advocate who approaches his clients with compassion and care."
"I have referred family law matters to David and have worked with him as co-counsel on two employment discrimination suits. I wholeheartedly endorse him to anyone looking for an attorney. David communicates in a manner with clients that is clear, kind, and approachable, while being open and honest about the risks and benefits of each possible legal strategy. He has achieved impressive results for his clients and I am thankful to be able to work with him."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known David for almost 30 years, working with him on some cases and opposing him on others. We have also developed a friendship which I value. David is a very capable attorney, a zealous advocate and a credit to our profession. He can be a tough negotiator while also being reasonable. I have referred clients to him when I couldn't handle their case and have subsequently received positive reports about David from those clients. He is someone I can take at his word. I highly recommend him."
