David P. Bodanza

I hired David for a civil matter and he was a disaster. I had to go into his office so many times just to find out where my case stood as we couldn't get any information from David any other way. Very poor communication and little to no follow through from David. Significant overbilling. His moti...ons all were denied by the court. David totally bungled my case. David never addressed any of my concerns although I brought them to him multiple times. I would not hire David again for any type case under and circumstances.

David made lots of promises but delivered on nothing. He significantly overcharged us and lost every motion and appearance he made on our behalf. We hired David for a civil matter but now we see that really he skills are limited to divorce representation. He seems confused when he presents in court.... He was not well received by the judge and I think that hurt our case. Would not recommend this attorney.

I hired David, after going through, two other attorneys, very early on, during an extremely contentious divorce, that lasted nearly 3 years. From the first day he stepped foot into the courtroom, it was clear, I made the right choice. My circumstances immediately changed and improved, and we never... looked back. David has always gone above and beyond, all my expectations, on all my court matters, and worked tirelessly, to get me a VERY, VERY, fair settlement in my divorce. Even more impressive, he was able to get a restraining order vacated, that was issued under false claims, and just weeks before my ex filed for divorce. And he managed to do this, during, and in the midst, of my divorce proceedings, which is almost unheard of. David knows the law inside and out, and always came prepared for court. His knowledge of the law is impressive, and his court room decorum, even more impressive. His staff is top notch, and very detail orientated, and so helpful. He is also very well received by judges. I would recommend David, every day of the week, and twice on Sunday. Had I not hired David, my circumstances today, would be very, very, different I'm sure, and for that, I'm grateful. He is a true gentleman, and a scholar.

David Bodanza is representing me in an ugly divorce. My wife has been seeking experimental medical treatments for our son for a disease he dose not have according to the medical experts I have taken him to. She has also lied to MHC and DCF to get a case opened. Until David toke my case I had no acces...s to my son. In one hearing I am with my son 3 days a week. We are poised to stop the medical abuse and get him back in school as his mother is not educating him. David has been instrumental in helping me protect my child. I really appreciate that he is a man of faith and has an excellent sense of humor.
