Robert F. Casey Jr

Attorney Casey is not very competent, does a terrible job presenting in court, and is not totally trustworthy. I had to contact the Boston BBO to get him to turn over money in his IOLTA account to my new attorney. I can't think of any legal functions I would trust Attorney Casey with, perhaps handl...ing an extremely straight forward real estate closing. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for legal services.

I could hardly believe it when I read the bad review below. I feel like he must not have been a client. I would bet he was a very unhappy and defeated opponent. Attorney Casey is an extremely competent litigator. He is also extremely smart and his advice is always sound. He has been our family lawyer... for many years and I always marvel at his ability to respond quickly and skillfully to a variety of legal issues. He was always so prepared and confidently and effectively litigated on our behalf. I don't know but it seems like anyone who would write such negative things must be "sour grapes., I can confidently recommend Attorney Casey to anyone needing legal help. It really is a travesty that anyone would try to disparage him.

If it is possible legally, Robert Casey is the man who can accomplish it . He always does his homework, and leaves nothing to chance. He and his entire staff, all of whom are outstanding, friendly, and smart, are always available to the client. I can truly say that I feel very strongly that Robert Casey is one of the finest Attorneys in the world, and of all the great legal minds in Massachusetts, Bob is without question at the highest level. I will always be grateful we found him and for all the outstanding service he has provided for us. He is a truly good and honest man, and is an incredible lawyer.

I hired Bob Casey recently in a litigator role. I can tell you from first hand experience he is no litigator. His performance in court was embarrasing. He doesn't prepare well, he fails to file motions correctly, and he and his office produce documents that are riddled with errors. His knowledge o...f the law at least related to probate appears to be very limited. He talks a good story, will charge you premium prices, and will deliver little for your money. The only people that seemed to like him are the opposing counsel. Find someone else and save yourself the hassle and waste of money that comes from dealing with Robert Casey.
