Alexander Nappan

This attorney was found to have provided "ineffective assistance of counsel" in my case by judge in Berkshire Superior Court in September 2014. My case of ineffective counsel was so strong that the Commonwealth didn't bother to appeal. Facts that arose for my motion for new trial included; 1. Mr. ...Nappan grossly misrepresented the amount of time I was facing. 2. He did not adequately familiarize himself with the facts of the case. 3. He proceeded to put forward a defense that conceeded my guilt, when other defenses were available. 5. He failed to file motions to suppress evidence and failed to file an opposition to the Commonwealth's motion to include key evidence. And 6. He failed to familiarize himself with case law in order to properly rebut the Commonwealth's motion.
