Corporate Wiz

Kristi incorporated my firm, provide advice on corporate growth and structure and provide support with corporate leases and other contracts. She's is a detail maven and reasonably priced. She also has a dog in her office!

Municipal Law Nuisance Claim

We hired Kristi Bodin to represent us in a case against the Town involving a nuisance issue to do with noise. Kristi researched information that applied to our situation. She filed a Notice of Massachusetts Tort Claim on our behalf for pain and suffering with the municipality. In the demand letter,... she included information and referenced case studies that applied to our situation. Currently, the municipality chose to respond by lowering the volume of the voice which satisfied us and we chose to seek no further action at this time. She offered further assistance if we have to pursue an additional claim in the future. She was very professional, a pleasure to deal with and contacting her was the best thing we could have done.

Prepared, organized and meticulous

Kristi has now represented me in many legal transactions from liquor licenses to asset purchases to protecting my business decisions as a legal consultant. She is very organized and meticulously prepared. You WILL need legal help eventually, if you want someone that will protect and take care of yo...u, she is the best!
