Trial practice consisting of the representation of clients
in a wide variety of civil law, family law and
criminal defense in the trial courts of Massachusetts.

Criminal practice includes the representation of clients charged
with all types of criminal offences, from minor misdemeanors
to felonies, including murder.  Attorney Brown has won not
guilty verdicts for five clients charged with murder/homicide.

Civil practice includes representation of both plaintiffs and
defendants in the state and federal courts ofMassachusetts,
from small claims actions to complex litigation in the Superior
Court, including contract, personal injury, wrongful death and
business litigation. 
 
Family law practice includes guiding clients through the
complexity of divorce, custody of children, child visitation,
alimony, property division, child support, and contempt
actions, from the initiation of the action trhough trial.

Attorney Brown began his trial practice in 1991 with the
Greenfield firm of Ruggeri & Ruggeri and continued with
the Greenfield firms of Trudel, Bartlett, Barry, Wilson,
MacNicol & Kuzmeski-Jackson, PC, MacNicol, Tombs
& Brown, LLP,  the Law Office of Jeffrey S. Brown in
in West Springfield, and the Northampton firm of
Fierst, Kane & Bloomberg, LLP.
