I interviewed 3 attorneys to find one to help me with my separation/mediation/divorce. After the initial one hour consultation, I got the feeling that Attorney Silber would best represent my interests in this challenging process. She did not disappoint! Alison had a no nonsense approach, helped ...me identify where we would best succeed in negotiations and which battles weren't worth fighting. She was very cognizant of my budget through the whole process and would let me know which tasks were worth her time and identify the other tasks that I would benefit tackling. I hired Alison a couple of years ago for a divorce case. She proved to be the worst choice ever. She wanted to avoid going to trial at all costs even if that meant telling me to agree on a terrible settlement. After 2 years, I am now suffering from that settlement agreement.
