I hired Alison a couple of years ago for a divorce case. She proved to be the worst choice ever. She wanted to avoid going to trial at all costs even if that meant telling me to agree on a terrible settlement. After 2 years, I am now suffering from that settlement agreement. She just can't deal with ...conflict. She is NOT a lawyer who can defend her client against an opponent at all. I realize now that I could have just stayed home and never went to court and I would get the same outcome instead of paying her so much money. Or even better, I should have FIRED Alison once I started noticing she would throw me under the bus, which is exactly what she did.
