I am taking the time out of a very busy work day to make comment on Attorney Mary Socha both as a professional and as a person who has made the difference in the lives of my family. Attorney Socha agreed to work as my Divorce Attorney back in the late 1990's, knowing up front that we had very litt...le money to pay for services necessary. The custody of my two children (ages 2 and 3 at the time) was a highly contested issue. The case has recently come to a close as the children are now of age. For the first 10 years, Attorney Socha worked consistently with us to have the children returned back to the United States after being kidnapped and into the arms of a loving family. It was found that children had been abused, medically neglected and made fearful of their own family, the court and their phycologists by a dangerously incidious birth mother. My X-wife, threatened Social Workers, sued mental health professionals, and even went as far as demanding foreign language interpreters to confuse the court when she could speak perfect English. Thru these 15 years, my X went thru 6 different Lawyers in the entire process while Attorney Socha stayed true to her commitment to help me and the children find peace. There may be times when Attorney Socha may not agree with her clients perspective on an issue, but I can assure you...her advice ALWAYS pans out to be the best for the case.
