Admirable and Very Capable Legal Representative

I feel compelled to share my comments on my numerous experiences over the years with local Mary Socha. Attorney Socha has aptly represented my legal interest in Massachusetts with the utmost concern and due diligence. Her advice has always been impartial. This has enabled me to consistently make inf...ormed legal decisions that have always been in my best interests.Mrs Socha has never pandered a response to a legal queston.I may not have liked her responses, but because of this integrity she has earned my respect. Attorney Socha professionalism, legal acumen and personal concern with that which is fair and just certainly places her ahead of many in her profession. Her courtroom demeanor and understanding of the law and the prpose of the judicial system is beyond reproach.Put simply, Attorney Socha is an admirable and very capable legal representative who enters a courtroom with the intent of doing what is right on behalf of her clients.

Gratitude

When evaluating an attorney to vigorously advocate on your behalf during a divorce and custody case you need to have an attorney experienced in family law and also have an intimate knowledge of judges and how they will adjudicate family law cases and lawyers on the other side of the case. Mary Socha... met and exceeded all of my expectations. Because of her, I was awarded full custody of my son and was the first man my particular judge ever awarded custody to. I owe a lot to Mary and forever in her debt. She is a wonderful, compassionate, effective and experienced attorney.

Child support & Family

Mary represented me for over two years and could not reccomend a more professional attorney. She was absolutely amazing in court, and she really helped in every aspect in relation to what the possible outcomes might be. Do not hesitate to hire Mary because she changed my life for the better forever!

EVER SO THANKFUL FATHER

I am taking the time out of a very busy work day to make comment on Attorney Mary Socha both as a professional and as a person who has made the difference in the lives of my family. Attorney Socha agreed to work as my Divorce Attorney back in the late 1990's, knowing up front that we had very litt...le money to pay for services necessary. The custody of my two children (ages 2 and 3 at the time) was a highly contested issue. The case has recently come to a close as the children are now of age. For the first 10 years, Attorney Socha worked consistently with us to have the children returned back to the United States after being kidnapped and into the arms of a loving family. It was found that children had been abused, medically neglected and made fearful of their own family, the court and their phycologists by a dangerously incidious birth mother. My X-wife, threatened Social Workers, sued mental health professionals, and even went as far as demanding foreign language interpreters to confuse the court when she could speak perfect English. Thru these 15 years, my X went thru 6 different Lawyers in the entire process while Attorney Socha stayed true to her commitment to help me and the children find peace. There may be times when Attorney Socha may not agree with her clients perspective on an issue, but I can assure you...her advice ALWAYS pans out to be the best for the case. Attorney Mary Socha is an example of what a Professional, Hard Working, Hands-On Grass-Roots Lawyer who takes her profession with great honor. She is the farthest thing from the typical self-indulgent manipulative attorney who have given U.S.Justice a bad name. I highly recommend Attorney Socha to anyone who needs a professional with compassion, patience, and the respect of her peers and the court.
