This lady was a godsend. I was so stressed out about my divorce, and I was unsure about the outcome. I was referred to Kathleen from a trusted friend, and boy was she right. She was very mean to me very dismissive she talked to me only once and told me I will not like her results , she took the supervision off my husband visitation without consulting DCF since they were involved.. so entire case I didn’t know she’s suppose to continue talking to me for the children inte...rest, she never said even hello to me when showing up to the court she last came to see the children at the house because the case ends she never said a word to me , but mind you guys u am not from here and I had a husband who has power he is also a lawyer and I could see how both my attorney and her sided with my husband .. my matter is race straight up .. very demeaning words and questioning my credibility which has nothing so do with the case .. I will not recommend any person to her they torment me to this process and my kids are still suffering including my son still have behaviors which are caused by the father and he has him with no supervision only because she got paid by him .

Atty. O'Sullivan and I spoke about her representating me. She told me she was available on the date of my appearance and that she would meet me there and only contact me in the meantime if she had any questions for me. I heard nothing from her and showed up for court but she never came. I was forced ...to defend myself, which then made me uncomfortable since my plan for representation was ruined.. But, the worst part is not that she didn't show up, it's that she did not immediately apologize when I called her after to tell her that II was disappointed. Instead she told me "this can happen from time to time" about her actually not adding my date to her calendar and having no remorse for the outcome. She did follow up later that she had explored what she could do for me. I found her to be disrespectful and do not recommend her.
