Attorney Jason R. Herrick founded the Law Offices of Jason R. Herrick, P.C., at its present location – 10 School Street, Westfield, Massachusetts – in 2006. Attorney Herrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany, where he was a founding member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, Pre-Law Chapter. During this time he clerked at the Albany Offices of Bond, Shoenick and King of Syracuse, New York. During post-graduate studies at Russell Sage College in Rensselaer, New York, Attorney Herrick clerked for the law firm Shanley, Sweeney, Reilly and Allen in Albany, New York. From 1994-96, Attorney Herrick held the elected office of Albany County Committee Member for the 13th Ward, 6th District.
Attorney Herrick received his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Western New England University School of Law (WNEU Law) in Springfield, Massachusetts. While at WNEU Law, he was elected Student Bar Association class representative and also worked at one of the largest collection law firms in the state of Connecticut, Howard Lee Shiff, P.C.
Upon graduation from law school, Attorney Herrick began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York. He relocated to the Commonwealth in 2001 and made the determination that he would focus his legal career in the area of Personal Injury Law. He honed his skills in that area of law for several years at two of the largest personal injury law firms in Western Massachusetts prior to establishing his own legal practice in Westfield, Massachusetts.
Since establishing his own practice, Attorney Herrick has successfully settled thousands of personal injury cases for his clients. Additionally, he is well-respected in the legal community, so much so that other law firms have hired him to handle their complex personal injury cases.
Attorney Herrick is a member of the Hampden County and Massachusetts Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.
