Great Lawyer

Attorney Pritchard is an unbelievably good attorney. He represented me in a case that could have ended in jail time for me. He kept me informed about my case by communicating regularly with me. Most importantly, due to his experience, he was able to get the charges completely dropped! He is not only ...a great attorney, but he is a nice guy also. I STRONGLY recommend him.

EXTREMELY HAPPY CLIENT

Attorney Prichard was appointed to represent me in my court case (Leaving the scene of an accident after property damage was done) in Palmer, MA. Best lawyer I've ever had

I was charged with a DUI about two years ago and attorney Pritchard was able to get my charge dropped in exchange for me pleading to lesser charge. I couldn't believe it, he was professional and thorough and all around a nice guy I would highly recommend him.

Excellent lawyer :)

I've dealt with quite a few lawyers in my day. Some good and others who really didn't even seem to care. In the case of having Mr Pritchard defend me was having a lawyer in my corner that hits like a tank! I recently faced a case where the DA wanted me to be held on a thousand dollar bond as in my... youth I procured quite a few default warrants as I was rebellious in those days. I pleaded with Mr Pritchard that I had a family now and those days were behind me. He went off to ponder the situation. When he returned he offered a key strategy to get me out of this rock and a hard place. Should me and the other person in the case both invoke our 5th amendment rights it would cripple any case the DA had against us severely lowering any chance the judge would take serious such a bond. Once before the judge Mr Pritchard played his strategy and it worked like a charm. The DA scrambled to find resolve but he was checkmated before he even opened his mouth. The judge let me free without bond and set a future pretrial hearing saying he wanted the dust to settle on all this. At the pretrial once again the 5th was invoked and the common wealth didn't even bother to fight and admitted they had no case or evidence to continue. And the cherry on top of all of this was after the whole case was dismissed Mr Pritchard got the judge to wave my bar/advocate fee! Saved me a lot of trouble and money! A truly great lawyer who won't let you down. Thank you for everything David Pritchard A truly greatful client: Matthew Duncan.
