I used Vitality as a lawyer for closing on a property in Newington Connecticut. After closing, we discovered he charged me for transfer taxes which was wrong. He agreed to a refund. After wasting a month on a wire transfer debacle, he took over a week to issue a check for a refund, which to date has ...yet to arrive. Unlike other closing attorneys, he does not leverage Qualia to provide client status. He takes on too much wor,k and you will have to track him down to understand the status of your closing. Most attorneys will contact you periodically with updates and not expect you to chase them down. He seems to be biased toward Eastern European clients in which i am not part of this demographic and suffered because of it.
