Your principal concern should be about getting the bench warrant lifted and not about flying. Drop everything else you are doing and attend to that matter.

This sounds like a Chapter 7 situation, where you could wipe out your credit card debts. As for the house, there are a number of options you could consider.

Yes. You should not be penalized for a dismissal for the reasons your cited. When you refile, try to have all the statements and schedules ready with the petition.

My simple advice is to call a criminal lawyer quickly. Questions like yours
are best answered in the privacy of a meeting with a lawyer who has
gathered all the facts.

Your questions are far too involved to answer without the benefit of additional information. The internet may not be the appropriate forum for discussion of these issues. You should call a Bankruptcy lawyer before you slide further into debt.

This sounds very fishy. Call a local criminal lawyer to see if he can unravel this little mess.

You should retain a criminal lawyer who can properly advise you and walk you through the procedure of getting the warrant lifted. The original charge would then have to be resolved. If you avoid the warrant it will not go away on its own.

Filing pro se and "hoping for the best" is not a good idea. You should contact a Bankruptcy lawyer as soon as possible however. The fees are usually not as high as you might imagine, and in any case less expensive than the consequences of doing nothing or ofg allowing the creditor to obtain a judgment.
