My practice consists of approximately 40% business related trial and appellate matters and approximately 40% family law matters consisting mainly of marriage dissolution and child custody matters and approximatley 20% landlord-tenant matters consisting of residential and commercial evictions and commercial and residential lease drafting and review.
I am licensed to practice in all of the courts of the State of California. I am also licensed to practice before the Federal District Courts of the Central and Northern districts of California and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
I have served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and for many years I have served as a Judge Pro Tem of the Los Angeles County Superior Court and, formerly, the Los Angeles County Municipal Courts.
I have been awarded an "AV" reting by Martindale Hubbell which is their highest rating..
