Since 1989, I have lived in the Sacramento area where I attended McGeorge and also CSUS, where I earned my MBA. In 1996, I started a solo general practice based in Marysville. Since then, I have had offices in El Dorado Hills, Sacramento and since 2004 am now in Roseville/Rocklin. My solo practice focuses on personal injury plaintiff cases, criminal defense and business representation.
Immigration attorneys (sometimes called “green card lawyers”) represent people who want to come to the United States, whether it be for schooling, work, or just a visit. Immigration lawyers can also help “illegal” immigrants found living in the U.S. without permission. Immigration laws govern who can enter the U.S., how long they can stay, what they can do while they are here, and how they can become American citizens. If you are not a U.S. citizen and want to apply for a green card or other visa, or if you are already in the U.S. and have been threatened with deportation, an immigration lawyer can help you.
