Scott Halvorsen is an exceptional attorney--he is honest, ethical, hard working and very competent. I have served as opposing counsel on a number of litigation and family law matters against Scott in the past and have always found him to be courteous as well as an excellent advocate for his clients. I endorse Scott without reservation.
