Hire someone else!!
It has been over 14 months and I am still waiting. I was the one calling the insurance company not Ron. He rarely answers the phone, his voice mail is ALWAYS full - no matter what number you call, and he repeats the same thing over and over. He is not "on top of things" like you would expect a lawyer...
