Excellent case representation.

Jim's handling of my case was outstanding. His attitude was one of determination to help me. His demenor was reassuring with a touch of calming. Jim's whole attitude with me and this case was much more of a professional and common sense approach than the first lawyer I had. At the trial, his openin...g and closing arguments were outstandng. His presentation of the facts of law, and common sense, made it totally clear what the outcome should be. Ever present logical presentation. Jim does not come off as a lawyer out for total personal victory and recogniton. He projects a much more down to earth view that is missing with a lot of other lawyers. He puts issues and laws in common language that the client can understand. He reminds me of a duck. Calm on the outside but, working steadly underneath. I would recommend Jim to anyone needing lawyer for any type of case.
