Biography
I am a founding partner at the law firm of Leslie Murray Law. I began the firm with Leslie Murray in July 2018. Prior to my experience at Leslie Murray Law, I was a partner at the Sandusky law firm of Murray & Murray. Murray & Murray was founded by my father and his brother, Thomas J. Murray, Sr. and Emmett Murray (respectively) in 1931. Prior to my departure, the firm had grown to fourteen lawyers practicing exclusively in complex civil litigation. I had been a partner in the family’s law firm since 1979 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the firm since 1998.
I was born September 7, 1953 in Sandusky, Ohio. I married Susan Olsen in October, 1975 in Bethpage, New York and we are parents of three children: Leslie; John Jr., and Timothy, and two grandchildren, Hugh and Eleanor Griffiths.
