I founded Duft Graziano and Forest in Boulder in 1991.  We merged with Patton Boggs in 201, and then Patton Boggs merged with Squire Patton Boggs in 2014.  We are one of the largest law firms in the world, with 41 offices in 21 countries.  No matter what country and what area of the law you need assistance, we can help you.

I have litigated more then 25 lawsuits, and have never lost.  I always exceeded my client's expectations.

I was elected a Superlawyer by other Colorado intellectual property lawyers in the first two years Suprelawyers existed, which I believe is 2006 and 2007. . During these two years, the Superlawyers were elected by their peers. Since then, you can become a Superlawyer only by buying the honor (paying Superlawyers money).  I do not pay them, so they no longer ist me.
