Description: Head-on collision on Glade Road in Franklin County when defendant Tomlinson crossed the centerline and collided with plaintiffs' Chevy Malibu with the entire Garcia family inside (mother, father and two small children). Plainitff Lucia was life-flighted to Harborview Medical Center where she was hospitalized for 11 days suffereing multiple lacerations, fractures and life-threatening injuries. Vehicle was demolished.
