Description: Client was ejected in a single car accident and was taken to Kootenai Medical Center by ambulance. It was alleged that hospital personnel, radiology and orthopedic physicians failed to properly diagnose and treat the patient's fractures resulting it tetraplegia. Confidential settlements with some defendants left only the hospital for trial. Client passed away from unrelated issues in 2005.
