Mr Kennedy, I believe was my life saver in court. He helped me through my modification of my parenting plan and helped me get a dead beat father outta my daughter and I life. He's an amazing listener and knows just how to handle any situation, he kept me well informed. He takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and on time. Mr. Kennedy revived my case after it languished for decades. This was an international child abduction case involving my two daughters taken to Saudi Arabia in 1981. They were never returned to me. Mr. Kennedy successfully and skillfully navigated this case to completion and an award of $3 million. At one point the federal judge was about to dismiss the case when Mr. Kennedy argued that that would be an issue for the jury to decide, not her. The case survived as a result of his arguments that day. I would heartily recommend Mr. Kennedy to stand up for your rights and to research and argue procedural and legal issues. He is very diligent, knowledgeable and meticulous in dealing with deadlines. In addition to prevailing in the federal civil case Mr. Kennedy found a new provision which allowed my grandchildren to obtain certificates of U.S. citizenship. This was a unique immigration issue which Mr. Kennedy had the knowledge and experience to handle with ease.
