Noelle is an excellent, knowledgeable and extremely professional lawyer. She explained the legal process and kept me informed. She does not in any way lead her clients to believe in things that are not obtainable. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a lawyer who is tough, compassionate, strong, prepared and ready to go. She knows the law and we are grateful to her and her staff.

I was completely happy with the outcome of my divorce. I felt mine was an easy one because of the short time of marraige and having no children, however, I do own a business and Noelle's first and foremost concern was to protect that. She is seriously compassionate and professional and there is no small talk with her. She is obviously respected by her peers and the courts, and is always prepared and organized. Her office staff is professional in every sense of the word. I would use her again in a heartbeat(god forbid). I would recommend her to anyone with Family law problems.

Faced with a divorce and child custody issues, I was definitely overwhelmed. I am a single father, and began the process while nearly 3,000 miles from home while in the US Army. Definately not the ideal situation.

Today, I am happily living with my children and couldn't ask for a more agreeable or positive outcome. Although the situation(s) leading to me meeting Mrs. McLean were not ideal, all things considered I look back and am thankful to have met her, and for my family to have benefited from the knowledge, guidance, professionalism and support of such an individual.

Awesome says it all! I walked into her office with four binders full of paperwork for my divorce. The first thing I said was for her to represent me, she had to know me. This lady now knows me better than I know me. By the time we had our first court appearance, Noelle knew exactly where every document was located in the binders. She is a workaholic; working early, late and weekends. If she told me I would have something by a certain date, it was there. There is just no words to express how grateful I am to this lady and her staff. They gave me my life back. I love all of them and would highly recommend them to anyone and I have done so. Anyone wanting an attorney who is dependable, knowledgeable and has the most awesome memory, you need to hire Noelle. She is very professional, polite, and fun to work with. Trust me, I wouldn't trade her for anyone else.

Noelle Mclean is by far the best attorney anyone could ask for. She helped me get full custody of my daughter and helped make sure that my daughter wouldn’t have to go back to a detrimental living environment. While working with her, I felt as if she truly cared about both myself and my daughter. She was very knowledgeable and professional through the whole legal process. Our case is a very sad and tragic one...our daughter and her boyfriend were killed by a drunk driver on 8/9/08 leaving behind their son who turned 1 yr.old eleven days after they were killed. Our case was for non-parental custody of our grandson. Noelle was the second attorney we contacted for help and our only regret was we didn't seek her counsel first. She is a professional, strong and knowledgeable in word and writing, She is also very human, compassionate and kind with an endearing sense of humor. She is understanding, patient, and hears what you say. She provides a comfortable setting to deal with matters of the heart and also provides prompt informative legal advice. A difficult balance but one she does with integrity. Noelle McLean was the incredible savvy lawyer and woman who supported me and navigated me with tremendous wisdom and knowledge, through a very long, very contentious and complicated divorce process. Noelle McLean was a Godsend to me! She helped me get my daughter back after she was taken from me due to my drug addiction. Of course, I had to turn my life around and stay clean and sober (6 1/2 years now), but even after that it was very difficult to get her back. Noelle not only did her very best, she truely cared about me and my daughter. In my exerience with other attorneys I've felt like I was just a way for them to make money and they didn't really care. Noelle is not like that. She believes in what she is fighting for and she brings all of her knowledge and her heart to the table. She always listened to me and she always kept me informed about what was going on. She is very professional and kind, as are her employees in the office. They always cheered me on and kept me optimistic. She truely changed my life. I still keep in touch with her & I know that she will always be in my corner. I can't say that for any other attorney I've ever dealt with.

Noelle is extremely knowledgable, and both she and her staff maintain a high level of professionalism with an appropriate amount of compassion to do their job efficiently. She doesn't sugar coat anything or tell you what you want to hear, and she is very matter-of-fact throught your dealings with her. At the same time, she is able to listen to what you had to say and allows you to have an active part in any decision making process.

I can't say enough positive about Noelle and her staff! I always received great service. I always heard back from any message I left, whether email or phone. They made my situation as comfortable as it could be when you are going through legal battles with someone else. I would highly recommend Noelle! I would also hire her staff in a minute! Noelle is a fantastic attorney who knows the law. She will give you realistic expectations. I highly recommend her for any child custody case, especially if things will get a little messy. She is expensive, but she is worth every penny. Also, she is a good person with a good heart. Hard to find in a lawyer!

My husband and I hired Noelle to help us with a custody issue. We were very pleased with her representation. She listened to us, returned our calls promptly, communicated well by email, called us regularly to tell us what was going on, informed us the whole way about what to expect and generally did a fantastic job all the way around. We would never use anyone else. (P.S. She had great staff, too). Her rates were reasonable and we never walked into the courtroom for any hearing without being completely prepared. She spoke well and was a good negotiator with the other attorney. We would recommend her to anyone. Her advice was sound, even when we didn't like it, and we listened. We came out on top of the situation, won custody and couldn't be more appreciative of all her efforts.
