He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in political science with a minor in business administration from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California, in 1993.
Practice: Doug practices in the areas of real estate, business and commercial law, contracts, construction law, wills and estate planning, probate, family law, litigation, and appeals. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Washington and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
