So far as I can tell there is nothing that prevents you from moving out with your child. However, if you do, I suspect, that your mother or grandmother will file a court action to take your child - whom I assume is a baby. If you have no financial means to care for yourself or your child, you may also likely to see Child Protective Services intervene to take the child from you. As I understand it, your final orders assume a residential schedule based on your ex husband living near your in Gilbert, AZ. The order does not address what happens if he relocates. Your query does not say how much time your Arizona decree gives him for the summer. You could use small claim court and sue your ex - friend for the difference between what your computer is worth and how much you owe your friend. Or, you probably want your computer back, you can ask the court to order your ex friend to return your computer to you but of course that will be subject to you paying your friend the $500 you owe since you used the computer to secure payment of that debt. Your query does not say when these events occurred. If they occurred within an hour or less and you are freightned that your neice will return to your residence, I suggest you contact 911 and ask the police to respond to your residence. If it has been a day or more since these threats were made you should consider going to court to have the court issue an anti harrassment protection order keeping your neice away from you or your residence.
