Phil, was very helpful throughout my whole court process, He was always on time, he never sent his assistant, to do his work. Phil takes the time to get to know you and your case, they wanted to give me 10 years and he got my 5 years with dosa. When I had no one he was there for me. He reunited me with my father, who I didn't talk to for many years. I wouldn't have any other attorney. He saved my life. God bless you Phil thank-you for everything Robby
Mr. Sayles went above an beyond as my legal counsel. He explained everything so that i understood what was going on and what was going to happen. he worked extremely hard for the out come we had discussed and, never treated me like i was a bad person for making a knuckle headed mistake. He is fantastic at his job.
I found Phil through a few friends hearing only good things about him I asked him to represent my brother he did an amazing job with only 15 months and work release 2 strikes were dropped and he has helped him with not only being his attorney but a great friend to my brother and also my mother and myself ....I'm so glad to call you my friend thank you for everything you do Phil Sayles :)
My boyfriend got into some trouble and needed an attorney real bad, he told me to call Philip Sayles so I did. Within a day Phil was at the jail visiting him. He really cares about each case and treats his clients like there old friends or family. My boyfriend was looking at 19 months in prison and I know it wasn't easy but Phil got him 90 days in treatment. He's truly amazing and I would definitely call him again if needed. Seriously I have never known an attorney that has really cared about there clients seems like most of them just want your money or a huge payment before they will even help you but Phil is not like other attorneys he understands not everyone has $5,000 laying around he's the only attorney that I called that was willing to work with us on payments. We are beyond thankful for everything he's done for us he's the best attorney around!!!!!Thank you Philip Sayles!!!

I have known Phil for over 5 years and have gotten to know him very well in that time. I used to be into some pretty bad things, and as a result, I got in trouble all the time. When I would end up in jail he would show up to visit me even before I could call him and tell him I was there. Phil worked his butt off to get me the least amount of jail time possible every time. But regardless of how many times I got in trouble, he never gave up on me. He always encouraged me to change the way I was living and helped me find the willpower to make the change myself. Now I live a good life with my girlfriend and new baby and he continues to keep in touch and be a part of my life today. I'm on my last court case, in which the minimum amount of jail time possible for my charge was 6 months. Even with my long record he got my charge dropped to a lesser charge and made it possible for me to get only 60 days on house arrest instead of 6 months in jail. He seriously makes miracles happen! He treats all his clients like they are family. There's not enough money in the world that could purchase the kind of loyalty that Phil Sayles has, not only for me, but for every single one of his clients.

I hired Phil after he represented my boyfriend & confirmed that his stellar reputation was well deserved by getting him a deal for half the time of his designated range. I was extremely discouraged by the hopelessness I felt after meeting with the public defender assigned to my felony possession case while in jail, so upon bailing out I retained Phil & went from looking at a 60 day sentence to credit for time served in a 28 day inpatient treatment program which I was scheduled to attend as part of my services for CPS. Unfortunately, a day prior to my bed date I was arrested on 6 new drug charges (4 Felonies, 2 Misdemeanors), with a range of 20-50 mos, plus a year each for 2 bail jumping charges from my pending case; this meant prison time and the permanent loss of my 2 children, then 3 yrs old & 6 mos old. I was again assigned the same awful public defender that left me hopeless, & was unsure that I could afford Phil with all these new charges. Thank God he is a man of integrity, compassion & a true desire to help people change their lives. He agreed to take my case, new charges & all, & work with me on payment in order to save me from losing my kids. He approached negotiations keeping my CPS case in mind, strategically working with my social worker & CPS attorney before making a deal so as to cause the least damage to my current situation. He walked myself and my family through the whole ordeal with a calming strength and confidence, always available by phone & keeping me updated with regular jail visits. Amazingly, he was able to get me a plea for the pending felony possession & ONE new felony possession, ran concurrently for only 5 mos. That's 5 charges down and multiple years off the standard range I was facing. After serving 3.5 mos I went to inpatient treatment & have been clean almost 8 mos, about to have my children returned to me by the courts. Throughout this time Phil has continued to check in on me from time to time, encouraging me & offering advice / assistance when he can as I try to navigate through the system & clean up the wreckage of my past. I truly feel like he is in my corner & I couldn't ask for a better man to have on my team. If you are facing criminal charges where the outcome could dramatically affect your future, you can't go wrong putting your trust in this man. He will look out for your best interest and get you the best possible deal for your buck. Don't hesitate to hire him!!

Mr. Sayles was the lawyer for my case and I was very satisfied with the results! I had an assault 4 that he put a lot of time into and got dropped down to a disorderly conduct! He is very professional and knows what he's doing. I was terrified to go to court, since I had never been. Phil was very good at reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. He walked me through everything every step of the way and I am very pleased to have had him as my lawyer. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

On July 19th I was charged with an Attempt to Elude, a Felony charge, and a Reckless Driving, while riding my streetbike home from the bar. I had two drinks in about an hour and a half and waited till I was comfortable to ride home. Shortly after entering the highway, a Sherriff parked on the opposite side of the highway startled me by flashing on his headlights. I panicked because I had been drinking, so I decided the chance of another DUI was not worth getting pulled over for. After a few minutes of riding at very high speeds and passing cars around double lane corners, I realized I had made a very bad decision. The red and blue lights behind me came closer and closer and knew I would be caught eventually, so I decided to pull over. I admitted to running from the officer and admitted I had a couple drinks. I passed the physical sobriety tests with flying colors, and blew 0.038 bac, well under the legal limit. I spent that night in jail with the two previously stated charges hanging over my head. I didn't know what to do. As soon as I was bailed out from jail the next morning, I began searching for good lawyers that didn't charge an arm and a leg. I didn't have much luck, until my friend suggested I call Phil. He had nothing but good things to say about Phil. He assured me that Phil would fight hard for me and get me out of the mess I was in. I left a message with Phil and got a call back the next day to set up a consultation. Phil heard my story and decided what the best plan of action would be. He was reasonably priced and confident he would get me the best possible results for my situation. I chose Phil because I could tell he was a genuinely honest, straight-forward kind of guy, who doesn't sugar-coat things. After a few court dates within several months, Phil was able to get my Attempt to Elude Felony charge dropped to a Reckless Driving, which was the main objective in order to keep my job and my record fairly clean. I was very happy with the results and his services. He was there every step of the way, and he sent me weekly, and sometimes daily updates to what was going on with the case. I found immediate relief when everything was resolved, and was happy to get back to normal life and not think about my bad decision. If you are in trouble and need immediate help, don't hesitate to call Phil. He will fight for you and get you the best possible results. He is a man of his word and a very genuine individual who knows how to play the game and win!

I never thought i would ever need a criminal attorney until 7 months ago. I was facing an assault 2 charge and had picked up anti fans on the internet as well, and then i met Phil. With all the horror stories out there about lawyers, i was surprised there was one who still confidently could back it up when he says trust me. He wont lie to you and he will do exactly what he says he would do. He carries you along the whole way and will always keep you updated. He remembers you're still a human being and will work his hardest to remind the justice system too. I don't care how bad you think your case is. He's the kind that doesn't just fight for you, he will feel for you more than just a paycheck. And now i too understand why all the glowing reviews.
Thank you Phil, you made the impossible possible. You gave me my life back. Thank you and God bless you
