I contacted Mr Olson after months of trying to deal with my employment problems on my own. He took the lead the day I first met with him. Mr Olson and his assistant kept me informed every step of the way. Having worked previously in in various law firms I know how busy it can become, but I was very impressed with the fact that I received responses to any of my questions in a very timely manner. Mr Olson and his assistant are extremely professional and personable, but when it came time to stand up for my rights he (Mr Olson) never backed down. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my case. I know I couldn't have achieved as much on my own, or as quickly.

Mr. Olson took two weeks and consultation fee only to tell me that he was not qualified to plead my case. The same information was not told to me upfront without wasting my time.Professional conduct and responsiveness was wanting all along the way.
