Morrison-Knudsen Co. v. CHG Internat'l, Inc. 811 F.2d 1209 (9th Cir. 1987)

The 9th Circuit rejected FSLIC's argument that FSLIC has exclusive jurisdiction over claims. The case was returned to bankruptcy court, and the Committee obtained an excellent settlement for the creditors.

Mordy v. Chemcarb, Inc., 971 F.2d 396 (9th Cir. 1992)
