Outcome: Obtained $75,000 in CR 11 Fees

Description: We successfully defended our client against meritless claims brought by individuals involved in Renton politics. We just recently won a fee award in full against opposing counsel for $75,000 for defending our client against meritless litigation. It was essentially the equivalent of a SLAPP suit brought to harrass and quiet our client, who is a grassroots political activist.
