Description: Modification of child support. This Snohomish County modification was sent to mandatory arbitration per local rule. The mother claimed my client should have to pay increased child support based on his former bonus. We argued that the bonus had dramatically decreased and we provided extensive evidence regarding my client's income for the past three years.
