Domestic Violence Protection Order Petition Dismissed

Outcome: Petition against my client was dismissed

Description: My client's mother alleged that my client committed acts of violence and made threats of physical harm against her and filed a petition for a DV protection order that required my client to move out of the house remain at least 500 feet away from her mother. The order was granted and after it expired, the petitioner filed a petition to renew. I was hired to represent the respondent on the petition to renew and was successful in getting that petition dismissed.
