My practice focuses on advising emerging companies, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals on matters ranging from business structuring and formation, to capital raising, licensing, and copyright. I work closely with each client to help manage the predictable and unpredictable legal issues that any venture encounters in the business and regulatory environment.
When not working on client matters, I like to spend my time exploring Seattle, drinking coffee and trying to keep up on my philosophy and urban design reading.
