I was the petitioner in my divorce. I went through two other attorneys, getting kicked around by the respondent (my ex-wife) and her attorneys before I found Allen Glass. Allen was the first attorney who actually made an effort to proactively build a case for me so that I could get custody of my child. The other attorneys were only interested in nickel-and-diming their way through their retainers without producing any results. They were also gun-shy about the possibility of going to trial, which meant they were always anxious to settle at any cost or detriment to me. So, after months without results or hope, I found Allen Glass, who gave me both...and ultimately got me custody of my then 3-year old little girl after a 3-day trial. Had I only known then what I know now, I would have saved myself time, money, and grief if I'd have started with Allen Glass from the beginning!

When other attorneys wanted me to settle and hope for the best Allen convinced me that we could win--and win he did! Base on his thorough understanding of the legal system and his "timeline based" strategy, Allen was able to snatch a victory from the jaws of defeat. The petitioner did not win a single hearing for over two years.
