I as a potential property buyer ran into an issue of rightful return of my Earnest Money from the seller not signing the release form. The seller's agent gave me the runarounds and didn't return my calls on time and delayed the process. At the same time my real-estate agent bailed out on me and didn't want to help with this issue leaving me high and dry and on my own to deal with.

After looking around and doing some research, I found Craig Blackmon through some sites. He seemed to have good approach and precise knowledge on these issues. I hired him immediately and within a week he was able to resolve the issue in a quick and response manner saving me the time and hassle. He engaged all involved parties including seller, broker and the escrow company all at once that resulted in full refund of my earnest money.

Craig proved to be one of those lawyers who actually look after their client's interest. He even advised me on ways to save money in legal fees and gave me the exact details and the costs involved item by item including some possible caveats and scenarios. At the end of the day the issue got resolved as he predicted while saving me lots of time, money and grief that it could have caused me. His dealings were super professional and to the point with no-nonsense information and advise.
