Jim is clearly knowledgeable and would have been a helpful advisor to our Home Owners' Association, but after we had moved from asking for advice about one owner, to working out language for amendments to our declarations, Jim just stopped answering his emails. After three months of emails without reply, we were forced to find another attorney.
