In 2007, my family was hit hard by the recession and fell victim to sub-prime lending. As small business owners, my parents' income took a major hit and we were no longer able to pay our personal expenses.
At first, my family and I thought that we could take on everything ourselves. Business would pick up and we would get back on track. But soon, the dominoes start to fall: letters and phone calls started rolling in from collectors and we faced losing our home and businesses. Feeling hopeless and scared, we threw good money after bad but soon realized that hoping for business to pick up was not a viable option. We were in the midst of the Great Recession.
The very first time I sat in Justin's office, he understood everything we were going through because he'd seen it all before. As I sat in his office for the first time, he kept nodding as I described the world that was crashing down around me. The first words to come out of Justin's mouth were, "You don't need to worry anymore. Leave the worrying to me, now." For the first time in over a year, I felt secure and protected. He laid out my options with pros and cons for each. From restructuring the business, to loan modification, to strategic default, to better spending habits, Justin counseled us on how to maximize our savings, keep a roof over our heads and ignore everything else that eventually wouldn't matter.
But most valuable was how perfectly Justin understood the dynamics of our situation and provided full transparency. I didn't have to spell out every detail for him to see the big picture. Everything--from my parents' culture to their uncompromising pride--Justin knew exactly how to navigate those waters. And, with his "let me handle it" attitude, he put my parents at ease and delivered the best possible outcome for us.
It's been over three years, and Justin is still fighting the good fight. We've managed to stay in our home and keep both businesses. Justin is in constant contact with important updates and I can honestly say that I haven't had to do much at all. He's even helped my mom with a personal injury case in which she were awarded a settlement. He does it all! I highly recommend Justin for anyone in the Seattle/Puget Sound area!

I am currently working with Justin regarding filing bankruptcy, but he has also had several of his partners help me with foreclosure mediation and divorce settlement questions. I plan on using his firm in the future for DPOA issues. He has a very straightforward, frank approach, and tells it like it is. I like how he approaches things with long term goals in mind instead of a quick fix.

I found Integrity Law Group to be a great option for all of my legal needs. They assisted me with a divorce, bankruptcy, and other legal work. I always felt informed and that they went above and beyond my expectations for a law firm with such young attorneys.

Justin informed me of all my options and what would be most advantageous for me short term and long term. He gave me a timeline of what to expect and his timeline was dead on. I did not feel mislead with false expectations as I have in the past with hired professionals, instead I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with all outcomes. I found Justin very knowledgeable and responsive, I recommend him as an attorney.
